Those are the important questions we discuss at our initial meeting with you. We then take your goals and objectives and find real-world ways to achieve them, by creating a blueprint of your site. That blueprint takes the form of wireframes, which are graphical representations of your site pages. That way, you can "see" the exact organization of your site – and make any necessary changes while it's easy to do so.

You want the visual style of your website to be attractive and alluring to potential members. We can either work with your designer or, for an extra fee, you can work directly with our designer to create the site you have in mind. Using the agreed-upon wireframes, we apply the final design and make sure the final interface is both easy to navigate and great to look at.

This is the phase where we put it all together – the systems, the wireframes, and the design – to create the actual website on our proven and robust Reservoir platform. Our quality control ensures that each membership site is built to the highest possible standards and that all visual elements translate to the page clearly and compellingly. We also optimize all elements to guarantee each website page has fast load times.

Once you’ve approved the site we've built to your specifications, it's time to go live! After your membership site is online, however, you’ll still have access to a great deal of ongoing support from the Reservoir team. For a nominal fee, we'll set aside multiple hours a month to make sure your site continues to run efficiently and effectively, so you can continue to expand your subscription base with a membership site you can be proud of.
