So why is Robert being so generous with us and people interested in our Reservoir system? A little background is in order...Robert approached us over 4 years ago to build a membership site for his new (at that time) information marketing association. We had been building custom association and membership websites for years, so this was right up our alley. The only twist...he said it HAD to interface with INFUSIONSOFT! This proved to be quite a challenge at the time...there wasn't much written documentation of the Infusionsoft API...and there wasn't much support from Infusionsoft in integrating the API into our application. Luckily, we had worked with Robert before this project and he was patient as we crafted a system that allowed him to manage his contacts in Infusionsoft while having a full-featured membership site that did not duplicate information he already had in his Infusionsoft database.

It didn't take long before some of Robert's members asked us to create membership sites based on the same system. And that is how we have grown over the last 4 years - word-of-mouth and referrals. As Robert's Information Marketing Association exploded with new members, Robert continued to push us to add new features and functionality to the system. Finally, about a year ago, we decided it was time to take our knowledge and start fresh with all the knowledge we had accumulated about building world-class membership sites. We had been working with a number of aggressive information marketers and had thoroughly learned the Infusionsoft API - it was time to start from scratch and craft a system that was truly integrated with a back-end CRM system (like Infusionsoft) rather than simply treating the integration like a 'plugin' module. Click an edit button and you can change content right away. Once you save your change, you are returned to the live site page.
